Service is top notch! Will definitely book again. The car was brand new!

Pick up was good. Car was immaculate and was perfect for our needs. Only concerning part was the “maintenance required” light was on and that was a cause for concern especially because we drove long distance. Lastly, drop off was not clear and communication from host took over a hour after attempting to get drop off details. But thankfully, trip went smoothly and now I know those two things to confirm with a next transaction.
Thanks so much for your feedback! Sorry I couldn’t reply right away ,I was in a meeting. The car is already scheduled for maintenance, I just didn’t expect it to hit 5,000 miles that fast. Really appreciate your understanding, and I’m glad the trip went well!
