Car was good quality and clean. The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages. The car did not start one time during our trip (it seemed like the battery was dead). Something plugged in under the steering wheel came loose and when plugged securely back in, the car started again. We weren’t sure if that was the issue or not, but it was concerning when it didn’t start.
I’m glad you found the vehicle clean and communication easy. The starting issue was most likely caused by a weak key fob battery rather than the vehicle battery. The device under the steering wheel is a permanent OBD scanner, and if the vehicle battery had an issue, it would have alerted me immediately. If you had contacted me, I could have helped right away. In this situation, holding the key fob against the Start/Stop button will start the vehicle normally. Thanks again for your feedback!

Easiest and best experience renting a car ever. Pickup from the airport was incredible, and the car was in great condition. Will definitely be coming back and renting again on our next anaheim trip!
