I recently had the pleasure of renting a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica through Turo, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Not only is the Pacifica one of my all-time favorite minivans, but the rental process was seamless, and the host, Chung, made everything even more enjoyable with his great customer service and accommodating nature. The 2018 Chrysler Pacifica is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and performance, making it an excellent choice for family trips. As someone who has always appreciated this model, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to drive it for a few days. This particular Pacifica was in good condition, acceptable clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a stress-free ride. One of the standout features of this minivan is its spacious and well-designed interior. The seats are comfortable, supportive, and offer plenty of legroom for both front and rear passengers. With seating for up to seven passengers, this Pacifica is ideal for families, and the Stow ‘n Go seating feature makes it super easy to adjust the interior layout for extra cargo space. The leather seats felt luxurious, and the overall cabin was quiet, making long drives enjoyable. The built-in TV screens for the kids’ entertainment were an absolute game-changer! Having this feature made the trip so much smoother because the kids were occupied, and I didn’t have to worry about them getting restless. They could watch their favorite shows, and the included wireless headphones allowed them to enjoy their programs without disrupting the driver or front-seat passengers. For a minivan, the Pacifica handles exceptionally well. The 3.6L V6 engine provides plenty of power, making highway merging and passing a breeze. The ride was smooth, the steering was responsive, and the braking felt secure. Even with a full load, the minivan maintained excellent fuel efficiency for its class. The safety features in this Pacifica were another highlight. Blind-spot monitoring, rear-view camera, parking sensors, and lane departure warning all contributed to a safer and more confident driving experience. Given that I was transporting my family, I truly appreciated these features. Chung, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the very beginning, he was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and ensured that I was comfortable with its features before I drove off. What really stood out about Chung was how family-friendly and understanding he was. He genuinely wanted to make sure my trip was stress-free and enjoyable. If I had any questions during the rental period, he was quick to respond and always helpful. His hospitality made the experience even better, and I would not hesitate to rent from him again in the future. Overall, this rental experience was a 10/10. The 2018 Chrysler Pacifica lived up to my expectations, providing the space, comfort, and entertainment needed for a hassle-free family trip. The built-in TV screens made the drive much easier for the kids, and the vehicle’s performance and safety features made driving a pleasure. Amazing trip clean car very professional with everything

Nothing but a great experience with this vehicle! Had a small group of family come into town and needed some extra space and this Toyota Sienna had everything and more than you would need. Easy communication for pick up and drop off. Overall nice experience would definitely rent again.

The van was clean and Adrian is excellent at communicating with you. I was able to arrange a car seat for our trip which was a huge help for us. This is a great option, with airport pickup/drop off this doesn't get anymore convenient. The van is a bit older with some miles, but seems to be maintained well & served our needs well. The double power sliding doors is a nice feature.
