This was my first time using this app, and it was a great experience! The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pick-up and drop-off quick and easy. The van was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. It drove great, and I had no issues throughout my trip. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this host again for future trips and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental!

Over all the best experience with Mr Penglai he was very tentative quick to respond with any questions. He was a big help guiding me with the app (Turo). I give him a five star all the way. his vehicle was in perfect conditions and ready for my trip. I would decently be looking out for his service in my future trips.
