Over all the best experience with Mr Penglai he was very tentative quick to respond with any questions. He was a big help guiding me with the app (Turo). I give him a five star all the way. his vehicle was in perfect conditions and ready for my trip. I would decently be looking out for his service in my future trips.

Five stars! The minivan was perfect for our family trip. Clean, spacious, and ran smoothly. The host was wonderful as always, making the pick up and drop off incredibly easy. We will definitely rent from them again!
