My family and I had a great experience with this minivan! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our trip. Everything was perfect! It was a short trip to San Diego, but the host made the entire rental process so convenient and stress-free. Traveling with five kids can be challenging, and this Honda Odyssey made it so much easier. The van was super clean, smooth, comfortable, and easy to drive. One of our favorite surprises was the built-in DVD player with Finding Nemo and other family movies already in the van, it kept the toddlers entertained during the drive, which was a huge help. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone, especially families traveling with kids!
Sam’s 2026 Honda Odyssey was excellent for our trip. The van was ready exactly when promised, very clean, full of gas, and the pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow. This was my first time driving a 2026 Honda Odyssey, and I was really impressed. It only had around 3,300 miles on it, so it still felt and smelled brand new. It drove very smoothly, the brakes felt great, and the gas mileage was better than I expected. My family really liked the bluish-gray color and the overall look of the van. We used it for our trip to Riverside to move our son into UC Riverside, and the space was perfect for us, especially after buying dorm supplies at Target and transporting everything to campus. We also appreciated that the middle seat in the second row had been removed as requested, which made access to the third row much easier. The fold-flat third row was also very useful for cargo. Sam didn’t really respond to most of my messages, but everything on his end was still handled properly and on time, so there were no issues at all with the actual rental. Overall, the vehicle was excellent and made our trip much easier. I would definitely rent this Odyssey again.

Definitely a great deal compared to standard rental companies. The car was a little dirty, and the Android Auto was not compatible with my newer phone. But it got us everywhere we needed and worked fine. A heads up: the John Wayne Airport Parking is a bit confusing with a lack of signage. My family and I drove around and around looking for the entrance and parking level. But that's not the fault if the car or the owner. The were very quick to respond when I got lost and a bit frustrated. So I truly appreciated their support.
This was a great rental! The car quality was excellent! Used it for a road trip with the family. Everyone was comfortable and the loved the middle row windows. Gas was great. The pickup location was at a hotel parking lot right off the 55. Easy pickup and drop off! This is my 4th turo rental and by far my favorite! Also, great communication with the host. I was coming from Los Angeles and in traffic and they accommodated. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

The car is in good condition. There were a few flecks of dirt but overall very clean. The car ran fairly well. It runs a little rough in stop and go traffic, but it runs better if you turn off the auto engine stop. It worked great on the freeway and over hills. It worked great for a family vacation. Sergio was great at communicating for pick up.
The car was good, it did the job. Plenty of room for everyone. AC and everything worked, first gear felt little rough at times but it is an older car, It’s not the best looking car but for the price it got the job done. Renter also was always fast to respond to messages.
Rudy made it straight forward and gave friendly instructions. And, the Toyota Sienna was clean and in good condition, and PERFECT for our family road trip of 6 people.
