Everything was perfect! It was a short trip to San Diego, but the host made the entire rental process so convenient and stress-free. Traveling with five kids can be challenging, and this Honda Odyssey made it so much easier. The van was super clean, smooth, comfortable, and easy to drive. One of our favorite surprises was the built-in DVD player with Finding Nemo and other family movies already in the van, it kept the toddlers entertained during the drive, which was a huge help. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone, especially families traveling with kids!
The car was good, it did the job. Plenty of room for everyone. AC and everything worked, first gear felt little rough at times but it is an older car, It’s not the best looking car but for the price it got the job done. Renter also was always fast to respond to messages.

Excellent! Quality vehicle, easy access. Brian, I would use again. The confusing part was Turo. They had provided the wrong info on the email I was sent to whether I was booked, couldn’t access some of the details and was sent the wrong address on where to pick up car. 😕

Tony was a great host. He was quick and responsive. The car was clean and easy to drive. Very roomy and has some nice features included like Apple car play and steering wheel vibrates for warnings. Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Would definitely rent from again.

First time using Turo, the whole experience is good! Bit awkward both pick up and return while no body was in the office. A mechanics in the back yard shown me where to find the key, and told me to take the car after I showed him the booking receipt. Return the car next day half an hour early as scheduled, again no one was in the office. Lucky for me there was another repeat renter picking up his car , he told me to just lock the key in the key box, and lock to door, and leave. I took a photo of the ending ODO reading and the refilled gas level as record. And just wanted to make sure, I called the host named Summer to let him know the car was dropped off. The vehicle was great, clean, runs perfect, no issue at all. Happy to find Turo as an alternative way of renting cars, definitely will rent from Turo again in the future, and also happy to recommend Turo to my friends!
Quick responses and helpful host. Great first experience. I will say this model is not great if you have car seats to put in the back row but that was also an oversight on our booking as we assumed a minivan would be toddler friendly.
We had a wonderful experience with both this van and Coco! The van was spotless and parked in an extremely convenient pickup location. Coco was an excellent communicator and responded to all of my questions right away. Coco even offered to fill up the gas tank because we were crunched for time, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you for everything! We would definitely rent from Coco again.
