The car was conveniently located at airport pickup with clear instructions as to how to pick up the vehicle. The host was accommodating and arranged for an alternate return pickup location. The host checked in to see if we needed anything. Fair warning that this car does NOT have connection with anything minus Bluetooth. So, this means no maps on the car screen. Charging connection was cigarette lighter or usb A only. Come prepared. This was our first trip with Turo. In the future we will keep this in mind when picking out our vehicle make/model/year. We needed this car for travel back and forth from the hotel to a competition. It served its purpose. I would recommend renting this vehicle with Turo.

I was a little nervous because the car had no reviews, but noticed the host had great reviews so I went with it and I’m glad I did. The car worked out great for us… super clean, easy pick up, easy communication with the host, van ran great and had lots of room. I will definitely rent again.
