Summer was great, very easy to rent through them, any questions I had, response time was quick. Very flexible with rental days even willing to extend my days. Will rent through Summer for sure in the near future.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The car was entirely unsafe to drive on the freeway. The car had major mechanical issues and was deemed unsafe to drive by support. I offered to take the vehicle to be repaired in order to complete my reservation. The host however refused to accept my offer and reimburse since the cost “would charge an arm and a leg”. The host provided no help or solution. This resulted in being stranded 500 miles away from home in an isolated area. This was an extreme inconvenience and ruined the majority of my vacation and resulted in $1,000 out of pocket costs
