The car was in general in acceptable condition, and we traveled without any major issues. However, there were a few smaller issues. (1) The car's interior was pretty dirty, the windows and the dashboard. (2) The back axle tires were not matching, different brands, surfaces. This is a potential major safety issue. It took me hours of chats and calls with the help desk and owner to get it fixed. The owner has only convinced to replace the tires once pushed by the help desk. After riporting the issues, I waited 5 days for the fix. (3) There was a scratch on the right back door, without previous mention.

Hi Peter, thank you for the feedback. When you told us your concern about the tire being different brands, Turo did not regulate us to change it. We often take care of issues during trip for our guests. We actually wanted you to cancel your trip and find another host with a car in the conditions that you can accept, mainly because the distance of where you were staying. Since you insisted on keeping it, we arranged a feasible date and drove 115 miles to change those tire for you. Thank you 👍
