We had a great experience with this Turo minivan rental. Pickup and drop-off were very easy and hassle-free. The vehicle was extremely clean and well-maintained. While it is an older vehicle and showed some normal wear and tear, the owners added thoughtful touches like comfortable seat covers and a plush steering wheel cover that made it feel much more upscale and comfortable. We had a minor issue during our trip and communicated it to the owner right away. Their response was prompt, professional, and appreciated. Communication throughout the rental was excellent. The pickup location was a little farther from the airport, but the owners were accommodating and even offered a closer pickup and drop-off option, which was very helpful. Overall, this was a smooth and enjoyable rental experience. We would definitely rent from them again!

Reliable minivan. Took us everywhere we needed to go with plenty of space for a family and lots of trunk room. We rented a big cooler with it, which was great, and Juan was a very responsive, flexible host.
The van was good. It was exactly what we needed for five adults. Shihao was a great host. He met us at baggage claim and walked us to the van so we weren’t wandering around trying to find it. Drop off was equally as easy. He gave specific instructions on where to park and it worked out that he met us on drop off in the garage. Excellent host. If we vacation in Denver again, I would definitely be checking out him first.
