Car and check in was fine but takes a bit to get from airport to car and car to airport.

Turo hosts cannot deliver vehicles directly to the Denver International Airport terminal, but designated parking areas like the Park 2 Jet are permitted. The ride from the terminal is less than a 10-minute free shuttle bus ride.
