Everything was great! Pick up and drop off at the airport was smooth. TJ & Lauren were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The Kia Carnival trunk is deep which is something we had researched beforehand and meant there was plenty of room for everyone's luggage. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and easily fit our family of eight. TJ and Lauren met all of our expectations, and I would definitely rent from them again.
