Last minute reservation due to my other Turo being not drivable. HD accommodated me last minute late and night with a smooth and clean ride. The gas mileage was one of the best I had ever driven. Vehicle drove smooth with no issues. The back two row seats folded completely down so I was able to lay in the back half way to my destination. The host was as attentive and available for any questions needed throughout the trip. I will definitely be renting from them again my next trip with the family.

Great communication and the car was excellent

Car ran smooth and worked well for my large group. Front right tire was repaired but needs maintenance for balding and worn down threads.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the vehicle worked well for your group. The vehicle had only 14,000 miles at the time of your trip, and the tires were in good condition before pickup. The flat tire occurred after the vehicle had been in your possession for two days. As explained, tire damage is the guest’s responsibility under Turo’s policy. We appreciate your business and are happy the vehicle otherwise met your needs.
