The Mercedes‑Benz GLC was an incredible ride from start to finish. From pick up to driving off, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Communication with the host was excellent the entire time, making the whole experience even better. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and drove amazingly. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend both the host and this vehicle!

Solid rental. German, the hosts identifier, was great in responding to me when I had questions. I rented the 2015 Benz and he added a nice screen with GPS-Radio and all that bundled in. Syncing a phone to a different car, especially a European car if you don’t have one, is different than you are used to. German was very quick to share videos to assist with the nominal issues I had. His add on device was very adaptive to my iPhone and although I didn’t figure out how to get the radio to work, the GPS worked well. Car is very comfortable and has a solid suspension and no mechanical concerns. It has about 87k miles on it, so it’s still has a lot of dependable life left. AC worked well and thank God because I’m a Northern man not used to Africa Hot weather. I would rent this car again if it was just 2 people or less. Thank you German for being flexible and providing a worry free dependable transportation. I understand why German gets 5 star ratings.

Great service and good car. They made it very simple to get from PBI. Pictures of exactly where it was and great directions. Very easy to work with any bargain, compared to the rental counter! We landed and saw a line of 15 people at Budget but walked right to our car, got the keys and headed to the beach! Would recommend.
