We dont undrstand why 4 stars when we greeted you with utmost professionalism at checkin & checkout,, gave you detailed tutorials on operation ofthe retractable top we even sat with you in the cabin until we got your phone connected to the bluetooth!! when you mentioned laid fees, I assured you you wouldn't be charged any late fees and you weren't! At checkout, you told us you loved the car...anyway, very unjust... We work overtime to give our guests A+ hosting always.

This was my first time using Turo. I was pleasantly surprised how well it works and look to use this service again when I travel. Owner was a nice guy and takes care of his cars! Definitely reccomemd the Mercedes SLK if it is 1-2 people.
