Our host Ed was a rockstar!! Very responsive on communication and was very respectful for a first time user of turo. This experience exceeded my expectations. As stated our van was right where our host said it would be. Van was ready and clean when I went to pick it up. Only thing I got hiccup on was the turo app during check-in. When givin the opportunity to rent a van I will go through turo and hopefully Ed has the van available. Thank you very much it made my family trip enjoyable and memorable.
