* Great car rental host, replays right away to messages, great customer service, very helpful, everything was where the host said it would be to pick up the vehicle. Condition of the vehicle: Good / Average. Beautiful van, we enjoyed the vehicles features and drive reliability. Drove with no issues on our trip. Smoth drive and lots of space. Speed of pick-up/drop-off: Excellent. Customer service: Excellent. Effective Communication. It was my first time using the app so I asked questions and received answers in real time, ( I did have hiccups with the app it self not uploading the interior photos during drop off/ check out for some reason. I will take my own camera pictures next time using the app.) Unexpected fees: None that I know of. Would Recommend: 100% would recommend to family and friends. We hope to rent vehicle again, it was a very nice vehicle, reliable, easy to like. Returning van: I filled up vehicle with gas at full tank, gave it a car wash, cleaned out the interior. Dropped off the van in same location as pick up and dropped off key at same location. Went smoothly.

I recently rented this 2018 Chrysler Pacifica for a family road trip, and it was an absolute game-changer! This minivan deserves every one of its five stars. The spacious interior comfortably fit our family of five, with plenty of room for luggage and gear. The Stow ‘n Go seating was a breeze to use, letting us reconfigure the space in seconds for extra cargo or legroom. The ride was smooth and quiet, making long drives a pleasure, and the fuel efficiency was surprisingly great for a vehicle this size. Safety features like blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control gave me peace of mind on busy highways. The Pacifica’s sleek design also made it feel more like a stylish SUV than a typical minivan. It was clean, well-maintained, and the rental process was seamless. I’d rent this van again in a heartbeat—perfect for family adventures!

Great overall experience. There are not many unlimited miles options at a reasonable price. Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

2014 Chrysler Town & Country was everything I hoped for. Top of the line van, great air conditioning especially during month of May, spacious interiors everything was great. I appreciate Tony and Joshua with their friendly and prompt service I will definitely rent this car again. Thank you!

First time renting from Turo, this was the most seamless car rental process ever. We rented the Pacifica AWD minivan for our party of 5. The vehicle had plenty of cargo space and handled exceptionally in the snow. The host was great, very welcoming and informative. We will continue to rent from Turo.

This was my first time renting with Turo. If I were rating this vehicle, this company, and this host on convenience, I would say it’s less convenient than the average car rental. Especially when renting at or in a large market at an airport where the cars are right across the street. I just find it a little inconvenient to get on a bus and be driven to long-term parking, especially when you’re on a golf trip like we were so not only do we have luggage, but we also have golf clubs and an overcrowded bus. Ranking the hosts, however, was absolutely excellent and so is the vehicle which was a Chrysler Pacifica, hybrid. In fact, I liked the vehicle so much I would consider buying a hybrid and there was so much room in this car that we had no trouble getting our bags and golf clubs to the resort that we travel to in the lake lure area of North Carolina. We also met another couple there so we had six people that needed to travel to dinners and various golf courses so the ability to bring all those golf clubs as well as have comfortable seats for everyone in the group Was amazing. We would’ve needed a very, very large SUV to accomplish the same thing and I think the ride in the Chrysler Pacifica hybrid was far superior to what I’ve experienced in a large SUV. The host was excellent and was able to answer my questions quickly and accurately I appreciated his help very much. I would definitely Rent a vehicle with this host again and with Toro as well you just have to plan ahead because you need the extra half an hour on both sides of the trip to go find the car and to drop it off.

I had my doubts about my first experience with a minivan, but Jays Chrysler Pacifica was PHENOMENAL. The ride was super smooth, and freakishly quiet. The sound system is top notch, and the car is actually surprisingly intuitive! I've never been in a car that automatically warms your seat and steering wheel if it's cold out. This car even turns on the wipers when water touches the windshield lol Jay is awesome and I will certainly be back to rent from him again. Pickup and drop off were both a breeze!

The car was perfect for our needs! Everything functioned as expected. Our family of 6 with lots of bags and double stroller fit with ease. Van was a great host and very communicative. I would rent this vehicle again!!

Car pick up and drop off was easy. The van was comfortable for 6 people and in very good condition. Will probably rent again in future if needed. The fuel tank was 7/8 full when picked up but I filled the whole tank upon returning it.

This van was perfect. super good on mileage, even when i was hauling things in it. the ev hybrid aspect also helped save on gas. it was comfortable on longer drives, and it was pretty reasonable on the price given all the features only negative i can think of is the air freshener smelled terrible and was really strong when i picked the car up. it smelled like stale weed and cheap cologne lol. but i think someone had smoked in there before me, so not much the owner could do about that. maybe a professional cleaning when someone smokes in the car. that's what the smoking penalty fee is for, right??? would highly recommend overall. great rental

The van was everything we needed and at a good price. It was waiting for us at Orlando airport when we arrived. During our trip we traveled to Tampa and Cocoa Beach without any problems. We would definitely rent again.

The van was excellent. Great on fuel, and the electric option was wonderful. Especially with very high gas prices. Communication was clear, and finding the car and drop-off were very easy and close to baggage claim. Would highly recommend.

Minivan was perfect as it was brand new. Alejandra delivered the van on time and was available to answer questions promptly during and after my trip. Good price as well!

The car drove good. Didnt really have a problem with the car starting or shutting off on me. When I had n problem with the type of gas or a light I texted the owner and I got a quick response. Over my experience with the Chrysler was Good.
