Car drive was good. it was clean and convenient to pickup.
Passenger side door makes a sound when we open felt kind of clunky but it was operational.
Brakes needs an update because if we go downhill with family it should be proper..
Other than that it was extremely comfortable to drive around.

Everything was so easy and convenient! The car was just as described, and Jonna communicated all instructions very clearly!

Overall, this rental experience was great.
The Good:
1. Jonna had excellent communication. She was very quick to respond to any messages, and very reasonable to work with.
2. The vehicle was very clean, and easy to pick up.
3. Mechanically, we felt like this vehicle had nice pick-up and provided a smooth ride.
The less-than-good:
1. There were a couple issues with the vehicle. One of the sliding doors was not usable, BUT Jonna was kind enough to inform us of this issue before we picked up the vehicle and offered to give us a full refund while she got the issue addressed.
Even with a couple small functional issues, I would still give this experience a five star due to the level of customer service that Jonna provided us!
