The car was good, but the host reported the vehicle as unreturned, which simply wasn't true. I did accidentally park the car in the wrong spot, but it was close by and did everything I could to assist in finding the vehicle. All this happened the day after the return which was confusing, I thought maybe he was messaging the wrong person. He confirmed that he had the car later that day. I needed a car to get to work (mine was being worked on) a couple days later, and couldn't because this vehicle was still marked as missing. Thankfully Turo support helped fix it.
I get a 2 star rating because you parked the car in a completely different neighborhood and couldn’t find it. That’s wild !

Car quality was poor. My friends and I were desperate to secure transportation for our annual football trip. The “check engine light” and “Tire pressure” sensors were illuminated. Felt like the back end was on skates, not a smooth ride at all. Thank goodness nothing happened while in the Seattle area with HEAVY traffic. As soon as we were near our exit to home, the rear tire blew and we were stranded. The Pacifica was a beautiful vehicle and the pickup was smooth. The car just needs TLC to be considered great working condition.
