What can I say. This car is great for the price! It has so many features that make driving safer and easier. The owner Bethanne and her husband are such great hosts, The car was fueled up, warmed up, and windshield defogged when I showed up for pick up. Great people and a great car!!

Tai’s rental service was beyond perfect. I missed my first flight and he sill managed to drop the car off at 12:30am. The car was beautiful exactly as described. Will use again when I come back to Portland.

Tai is an experienced and friendly host. Communication was fast and easy with him. The car was delivered clean, and on time in the exact location described by him. This was my first experience with Turo, and I am glad I had the opportunity to rent Tai's Mercedes E350 with that. Next time I am in the Portland area and I need a car, Tai will be my first call! Very accommodating, I was a little bit late picking up the car and it was completely OK. She was able to communicate with me throughout the whole process and as I need the car for another day she did not mind. I travel a lot and will be renting this car again it is such a smooth drive has so many features that just makes it A pleasure to drive even when there’s bad traffic and it’s raining.

Someone crashed into the car when I parked it at my apartment but Denis was really cool about it. Really sucks but I hope turo takes care of this situation.
