Very comfortable, roomy car with excellent gas mileage! It was an easy trip from PDX to the pickup location and back. Would rent it again!

This rental was a disappointment to say the least, the first one in years of using Turo.
The issues arose on pickup. The car wasn’t where it was preported to be, the keys weren’t available, and I had to call Ryan a couple times. He finally came out to move the car - however, it had not been vacuumed or wiped out. I would’ve had to stand in the cold to wait for him to get it clean. No big deal if there weren’t more persistent issues.
Within a week or so, the rear light went out on the drivers side, the drivers windshield wiper fell apart when used the first time, and the wiper fluid was used 3 times before it ran out. All preventative maintenance that wasn’t done. I attempted to contact Ryan about these issues several times, through Turo messaging and text. No response regarding these safety/legality issues.
All communication from Ryan was automated and there was absolutely zero support or accountability on his end. I definitely wouldn’t have rented from him had I known this, and I wouldn’t rent from him again.
The car itself was fine. It ran a little rough but was good enough for the price.
