Excellent host, very communicative and did a great job with the pickup/dropoff. Seems like they really try to provide good customer service. On that merit alone, this host is worth renting from.

However, the car was not in great condition.
No windshield wiper fluid, used cigarettes found in the driver rear seat pocket, distinct ped dander odor, and most importantly: the rear passenger seat door did not lock. Neither did the window roll up or down.

If all other issues outside the door functions not working properly were present, I'd have considered giving a higher rating. However, this is a key safety concern when using the car as a rental around town.

There was an issue with the lock on the car and we ended up needed to secure a new car late at night. Brennan attempted to work with Turo to set us up with another car in his fleet, but Turo was less than helpful. I do hope that checking the locks prior to renting a car becomes a part of his normal pre-rental checklist :) All that being said, kind human to work with and he did his best given the situation.

This hybrid car was exactly what I needed for this particular trip. Pick up was simple, the car drove and worked very well and drop off was simple also. I will gladly rent it again on my next trip to the area!

Car was just what I needed to get where I wanted to go, no frills, nothing fancy, and budget friendly. Would rent again!

Location was easy to find, pick up and drop off went smoothly. Loved the Hybrid option, helped so much with the gas I used. There was a definite pet odor in the car and could probably use a good detailing.
