Tesla rental in Torrance, CA

My original Turo reservation was canceled, and Rich’s Tesla was the closest available alternative. I’m personally not a Tesla fan, but the car functioned well and did exactly what I needed it to do. As with many Teslas, there is some extra setup involved compared with a traditional vehicle—or even some other EVs—including downloading apps, registering, and taking time to familiarize yourself with the controls. App access may be convenient for some renters, but not everyone wants to create an account or provide additional information to Tesla just to use a rental. In my experience, simply leaving the Tesla key card is sufficient; other Tesla hosts I’ve rented from have remotely unlocked the vehicle when I messaged them, and I used the card from there. Charging can also require a little more planning since many public stations use CCS or slower J1772 connections. Rich thoughtfully included an adapter, which was very helpful. Rich was attentive and responsive throughout the rental. My only other concern was the additional requirement to take a selfie holding my driver’s license, especially since I was picking up the vehicle at night. That felt unnecessary and beyond what I’ve encountered with Turo or other Tesla rentals. Other than that, mission accomplished. I was very grateful that the vehicle was available on short notice after my original reservation fell through. Thanks, Rich.

Great experience renting the Tesla Model 3! The car was clean, comfortable, fsd drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. I really enjoyed the car and would definitely rent from them again.

We had an amazing experience renting this Tesla on Turo! FSD (Full Self-Driving) made driving so effortless and smooth that we would definitely want to book this exact car again on our next visit. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the car was spotless. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed driving this car super clean and drive smooth will definitely rent again

Clean car, very considerate for providing car scent, and quick to accept a last minute reservation. Best communicator.

Great Tesla and an even better host! The car was clean, drove perfectly all week, and the whole rental process was smooth and hassle-free.

This car exceeded my expectations. The battery health was top tier. Charging was the most efficiency i’ve ever experience. It also seemed as if i was in a 2027 model tesla. the driver door would wing open as i approached the vehicle. It was so smooth

First off renting this car has made me fall in love with Tesla ! Pickup and drop off was seamless and Josh was a great host. Tesla Model 3 is now my dream car!!

The best host. The best car. I rent Teslas almost exclusively and this was to first host I saw that pointed out that the car was FSD ready. Very communicative host and super accommodating. Will rent again!!!

Car feels brand new! Carlos is an incredible host - very responsive and accommodating to requests. Will definitely use his Tesla again when we’re back in LA.

Such a wonderful experience! The car was very clean, well maintained, and made my trip so enjoyable.

Everything was really good about car and owner easy to reach clean and really five stars

Host was great, car was good, the pickup location was not the safest area - had to drive through flooded roads and a slightly scary parking lot next to checkin.

The car was clean and great to drive. I own an older Tesla so hopping into this wasn't too foreign. Joel was great at communicating and helping me adjust my trip. I would definitely rent from him again.

Host was amazing he was super understanding and helpful and making sure everything is good the car was good and super clean

Amazing car with full self driving! Host has been very communicative and made the trip extremely easy and smooth
