Horrible. Car has 20,000 miles and host failed to mention that. Tire was worn out enough to leak air pressure without any signs of punctures on the first day, and host refused reimbursement after we risked driving on 25 psi to a tire shop to replace it. The parking space the host chose was also terribly inconvenient, it takes an extra 20 mins just to get from it to the air port terminals, and we were all soaked after returning the car due to host enforcing a spot that was unsheltered from the rain.

Your review leaves out important facts. The vehicle was provided with tires in normal condition, documented in the Turo check-in photos. You drove it nearly a full day before reporting a tire-pressure issue. I requested clear photos and offered help, but the tire was replaced without my approval and reimbursement was expected. The pickup/return location was provided in advance, and the car had to be returned there. The Turo photos and messages speak for themselves.
We had a fantastic experience! The Tesla was great to drive, and we especially loved having FSD, it made our trip around California even more enjoyable. Ihor was an excellent host: very friendly, responsive and helpful.
We would absolutely rent from Ihor again and can highly recommend him. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!
