All I can say is WOW!! Zaid completely saved the day and my week long work trip. I had a reservation with another car owner, and they completely no-showed. So I was stranded at the airport without a vehicle for the week. Turo customer service was spectacular and got me sorted out with a new car (with Zaid) and upgrades. Zaid was able to get the car over for super fast pick up and I cannot speak more highly of his team and this Mercedes EV. It was a perfect ride to get around SanFrancisco for a work conference.
