The Kia Carnival was great. It was clean and it was easy to find, once I understood how TURO worked- it was where it was supposed to be. We had no problems with the van for the entire trip. This was the first time using TURO, so I was a little confused about how to drop off the vehicle, but once I figured that out, the drop off was very easy. I would recommend using TURO and will use them again on our next trip
I would rent a car with Victor again. I was able to fit my whole family in the car, and with the twin rear captain's chairs, the adults in the group were still comfortable.
Jeff was absolutely amazing! He made pick up and drop off an absolute breeze and was very responsive! Definitely better than the hassle of a rental counter! The car was a bit dusty/dirty when we picked it up. The owner drove in to wash the car and make things right. That was greatly appreciated. Other than that we had a great trip with this car.
