Great car, spacious, smooth. Host communication 10/10. The only thing people should know is if you’re picking up from airport you are responsible for paying the fee to leave. I’ve never once had to pay out of my pocket to leave the airport when getting a vehicle from Turo. Caught me off guard because you pay for the rental, refill the gas and $20 extra.

Hi Tiffany, I completely understand your frustration. However, the airport/parking fee is not something I set or control. It is part of Turo’s policies and the airport’s rules. If your flight arrives 2–3 hours after the scheduled pickup time, unfortunately I cannot waive or change that fee. I understand the delay is out of your control, but it is also out of mine. I always do my best to make pickup easy. Thank you for understanding.
Car was in perfect shape it was clean inside and out and got me everywhere i needed to be safely, the car itself was amazingly safe too especially in cruise control and any time i had a question or concern i was answered immediately, so thank you for everything i would definitely go through you again for the ride
