Was not clean and did not smell fresh, found jerky wrapper under the seat. But I’m used to carrying cleaning wipes with me to rentals and it was a quick fix. everything else was great fine

Things started out a little shaky, but through not fault of Double’s. The previous user of this car hadn’t latched the trunk completely and therefore the interior light had stayed on and drained the battery. This car is keyless entry, keyless start, and when you have nothing left in the battery. None of these things work!!! I quickly contacted Double’s contact person through the app and their response couldn’t have been faster! Not only did they direct me to where I could get the battery jumped (the car was literally parked in front of a mechanic, lol) they also had a back-up ready should there have been something wrong. After a minor 15min setback, I was up and running! The rest of the trip was super smooth. I was apprehensive that when I went to start the car again, it wouldn’t start, but everything was fine! The car was clean minus some small bits of dirt on the front floor mats, had very minor cosmetic damage to the outside (some random sporadic scratches, nothing out of the ordinary) and was insanely fuel efficient. I drove it straight for about 3 hours today and only had to use $10 to fill it back to where it was when I picked it up! I’ve rented from Double three times now and have yet to be disappointed! Thank you! And a friendly PSA to all of the drivers out there. Make sure everything is locked up, shut properly, AND turned off! Be kind to the next Turo folk when they need to use the car.😁
