This team has an incredible host and co-hosts. The pickup and drop off service was exceptional, and the team was incredibly responsive and communicative. Honestly, you can’t ask for more when dealing with rental cars. One minor downside was finding a single French fry under the driver’s seat and a used dental floss. While it didn’t bother me much, it might have been a concern for someone else. I assumed it was a small oversight during the car’s cleaning and preparation before my rental. Overall, I had a great trip. The car was well maintained, came with a full tank of gas, and was incredibly smooth to drive. I’ll definitely rent from these folks again. First time using turo and it was a great experience. Made a last-minute reservation, but the host was friendly and very quick to get the car ready. They provided clear pickup instructions and quick responses. The car does have some minor exterior damage and scratches, but it drives fine and worked great for my trip.

Great host, responded right away. PHL short term parking can be challenging if you're not used to the setup at PHL. Make sure you take the rental car return road that's to the left of all the garages. The rental car AGENCY (Hertz, Avis, etc ONLY) returns are on the left, Short-Term garage is on the right. The Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid is the top of the Civic line. The assimilation between battery to gas engine power is almost imperceptible. The leather seats are supportive, comfortable for long drives, and some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The entire cabin experience is upscale, rivaling if not even a notch above Mazda (I would know; I'm a Mazda owner!). The adaptive cruise control is on par with other good systems like the Mazda system, and the main driver info screen is one of the best out there. Would definitely recommend this Civic Sport Touring Hybrid for your next rental in the Delaware Valley!

The host was incredibly responsive, professional, and made the pickup and drop-off process seamless and stress-free. I had zero issues throughout the entire trip and would definitely rent from them again. However, there were a few minor things to note. The flip-down mirror on the driver’s side had a card from someone’s deceased family member, and there was a strong maple syrup odor that eventually dissipated. Additionally, I found two used water bottles under both the passenger and driver seats. While these were minor concerns, I understand that some people might be more particular about cleanliness. On the positive side, the rest of the vehicle was spotless, and the steering wheel was a bit sticky, which I easily wiped down myself. I’m used to not always getting the pristine car I envision, so these minor issues didn’t bother me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
Pick up and drop off was seamless, host was great with communication, car was clean, smelled good and drove smoothly. The only thing that was a minor issue was the cars horn does not work. I suggest letting providing that information to the guest prior would be helpful but other than that, 10/10 experience and will rent again! Thank you.
