The experience with this host and vehicle was stellar. It was a very smooth and easy transaction. The car was in great condition. Michael is a great host. 10/10

We had a great experience overall. The only issue was that a plastic piece underneath the car was dragging when we pulled away from the pickup location, which appeared to have been caused by a previous renter. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, was accommodating, patient, and very kind. They made the rental process easy, and I would definitely rent from them again.

I’m sorry, I filled the car up and dropped off around 9:45pm, I forgot to check out in the app. FYI, the ac seemed to work better on the ride home. I’m wondering if the heat and humidity was too much.
