The car was kept very well cleaned, and was very easy to operate. The pickup and dropoff location was well described, and the process went very smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience using the car. There were plenty of photos documenting the car’s current conditions before the trip began, which was also helpful and reassuring. Amazing gas mileage! The only two things we considered to mention was that the car creaks a bit while driving, which we are used to in cars we’ve owned before, but may cause other drivers to consider any issues it could have. Second, the dashcam is plugged into the cigarette lighter/outlet in the car, so charging devices in the car is unavailable. The dashcam ensured that if anything were to happen that it would be documented, so we are grateful it was there. Just thought it could be mentioned!
