This team has an incredible host and co-hosts. The pickup and drop off service was exceptional, and the team was incredibly responsive and communicative. Honestly, you can’t ask for more when dealing with rental cars. One minor downside was finding a single French fry under the driver’s seat and a used dental floss. While it didn’t bother me much, it might have been a concern for someone else. I assumed it was a small oversight during the car’s cleaning and preparation before my rental. Overall, I had a great trip. The car was well maintained, came with a full tank of gas, and was incredibly smooth to drive. I’ll definitely rent from these folks again. They were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience hassle free.

I had zero issues throughout the entire trip and would definitely rent from them again. However, there were a few minor things to note. The flip-down mirror on the driver’s side had a card from someone’s deceased family member, and there was a strong maple syrup odor that eventually dissipated. Additionally, I found two used water bottles under both the passenger and driver seats. While these were minor concerns, I understand that some people might be more particular about cleanliness. On the positive side, the rest of the vehicle was spotless, and the steering wheel was a bit sticky, which I easily wiped down myself. I’m used to not always getting the pristine car I envision, so these minor issues didn’t bother me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Overall, we had a great experience using the car. There were plenty of photos documenting the car’s current conditions before the trip began, which was also helpful and reassuring. Amazing gas mileage! The only two things we considered to mention was that the car creaks a bit while driving, which we are used to in cars we’ve owned before, but may cause other drivers to consider any issues it could have. Second, the dashcam is plugged into the cigarette lighter/outlet in the car, so charging devices in the car is unavailable. The dashcam ensured that if anything were to happen that it would be documented, so we are grateful it was there. Just thought it could be mentioned!

Our trip started out so horribly. The airline lost our baggage. The only bag we actually needed. The first car rental company we booked through weeks ahead of time did not have any cars after us filing the claim for the lost bag. Found this awesome and accommodating vehicle to drive in such short notice. It was better than any rental company I've ever used. The car was immaculate and was pretty fun to drive around.
