We had a great experience overall. The only issue was that a plastic piece underneath the car was dragging when we pulled away from the pickup location, which appeared to have been caused by a previous renter. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, was accommodating, patient, and very kind. They made the rental process easy, and I would definitely rent from them again.

5/5 – Excellent experience from start to finish I rented a 2021 Toyota Corolla Apex edition from Rady for 6 days and everything went smoothly. The car was exactly as described clean inside and out, well-maintained, and in great mechanical condition. No weird smells, no unexpected issues, and it drove nicely the whole time. Our trip started out so horribly. The airline lost our baggage. The only bag we actually needed. The first car rental company we booked through weeks ahead of time did not have any cars after us filing the claim for the lost bag. Found this awesome and accommodating vehicle to drive in such short notice. It was better than any rental company I've ever used. The car was immaculate and was pretty fun to drive around.
