The car ran really quiet and smooth ! Host was extremely accommodating and punctual especially considering it was a last minute switch in reservation. Only downside is the car doesn’t have car play which makes handsfree navigation difficult. But it is a 2014! My favorite part was the moon roof it’s perfect for star gazing!!

This reservation went very well. Car was reliable and would recommend to all host. Thanks Katrina! Good luck with more reservations!

I will never rent a Volkswagen again, they’re not for me but it was a great car nonetheless and I had a great trip! Thank you again
Great rental car experience! Communication was excellent throughout the rental. I had an issue with the radio, but they responded quickly and provided a solution right away. Fast response, helpful service, and a smooth overall experience. Would definitely rent from them again.

Lythrum was the best host I've used on Turo. His vehicle was clean and reliable. He dropped off and picked up promptly. He was easy to contact. I used his services twice in one trip and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Tim was a great host from start to finish. The 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. Communication was easy, and Tim responded quickly whenever I had a question. Pickup and return were straightforward with no issues. The hybrid got great gas mileage, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I’d definitely rent from Tim again. Highly recommend!

My kids had fun in , next time I fly out Philly I’m coming back to rent this red bone ! Get that car insurance cover fee when you get it don’t be cheap in the fly car .

The best and most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. Second trip with this car, absolutely perfect. Great car, great service, great person.

This host is the best. Maintaining his vehicles, they glide. Too bad turo is robbing me. They stop showing the daily rate and try to fleece you. Word of advice turo.. you'll have better results by not being greedy and staying the same as when you started. The reason people use turo is because we can't afford enterprise and avis prices. But it appears whomever is your business PR and CEO's have been living in another tax bracket all their lives. I thought turo was for the people who had blue collar lives and jobs. But Andrew, you're the best.! 👍🏾✌🏾

Spoke with Andrew on a few times to extend the rental. Very cool guy. Would rent from him again. Car was very comfortable and great in fuel. Plenty of space for the car.

Awesome car and great service. This is my third rental and I will certainly rent from Lane again.

THE CAR WAS SOOO NICE .I USED THE BENZ FOR MY NEPHEW’S PROM .IT WAS CLEAN , FUEL EFFICIENT, AND EASY TO GET USED TO IT.THE HOST WAS VERY RESPONSIVE.I WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

Erick was great and is very responsive. Pick up and drop off is very easy. I’ll absolutely rent again whenever I need a car next.
Car was clean…drove a little rough but adequate. I would rent from this company again.

He’s a great host. Very personable and great vehicle. Was in excellent condition! Would definitely rent from him again.
Great people and great host, the cars run great .. one of my favorite people to rent from. Very accommodating. Will always rent from them
Opting for an SUV rental in Philadelphia offers numerous benefits for travelers. These versatile vehicles provide extra cargo space for shopping trips or luggage, a higher driving position for better visibility in traffic, and increased comfort for long journeys. SUV rentals are particularly useful for exploring Philadelphia's surrounding areas, such as the rolling hills of Pennsylvania Dutch Country or the scenic Delaware River Valley.
Just outside Philadelphia, the Brandywine Valley offers a picturesque drive perfect for SUV adventures. Wind through rolling hills and charming towns like Chadds Ford, home to the renowned Brandywine River Museum of Art. Your rental SUV's spacious interior allows for comfortable sightseeing, while its robust handling is ideal for navigating country roads. Don't miss Longwood Gardens, where your SUV rental's cargo space comes in handy for picnic supplies. Visit in spring for stunning floral displays or autumn for vibrant foliage. Remember to pack layers, as valley weather can be unpredictable.
Valley Forge National Historical Park, a short drive from Philadelphia, is an ideal destination for SUV travelers. This sprawling park offers a mix of history and nature, with miles of hiking trails and scenic drives. Your SUV rental's higher ground clearance is perfect for navigating the park's varied terrain, from open fields to wooded areas. The spacious interior allows you to bring along bikes or picnic gear for a full day of exploration. Visit the park's numerous historical sites, including Washington's Headquarters. For the best experience, arrive early to secure parking and avoid crowds.
When winter blankets the Pocono Mountains in snow, an SUV rental becomes invaluable for Philadelphia visitors seeking winter adventures. The all-wheel drive capability of many SUV rentals provides crucial traction on snowy roads leading to popular ski resorts like Camelback or Jack Frost. Heated seats and spacious interiors offer comfort during chilly drives, while extra cargo room easily accommodates bulky ski gear. Before heading out, check weather forecasts and road conditions. Pack warm clothing and snacks, and fill up on gas before leaving Philadelphia, as mountain gas stations can be sparse.
When renting an SUV in Philadelphia, consider your specific needs. For city driving, a compact SUV rental might suffice, while full-size models are better for longer trips or larger groups. Book early, especially during peak tourist seasons or for popular events like the Philadelphia Flower Show. Check for features like GPS navigation for easy city exploration. If planning trips to more rural areas, ensure your SUV rental has all-wheel drive. Remember that parking can be challenging in downtown Philadelphia, so look for SUV rentals with parking assist features for added convenience.
Philadelphia offers several convenient pickup locations for SUV rentals, catering to various travel needs. Center City is a popular choice for guests looking to explore the heart of Philadelphia, with easy access to historical sites and cultural attractions. For those flying into the city, pickup locations near Philadelphia International Airport provide seamless transitions from air to road travel. University City is ideal for visitors attending events at nearby campuses or medical facilities. The Northeast Philadelphia area offers a quieter starting point for guests planning to explore the surrounding suburbs or head towards rural Pennsylvania. Each location provides unique benefits, whether you're seeking urban convenience, proximity to transportation hubs, or quick access to major highways for your SUV rental adventure in the City of Brotherly Love.
Philadelphia and its surroundings offer picturesque drives perfect for SUV enthusiasts. The Brandywine Valley Scenic Byway showcases rolling hills and historic estates, ideal for a comfortable SUV rental journey. Another option is the Pennsylvania Dutch Country Scenic Byway, where an SUV rental's elevated position provides excellent views of Amish farmlands. For a more urban experience, drive along Kelly Drive in Philadelphia, following the Schuylkill River with panoramic city vistas. These routes highlight the versatility of SUV rentals, offering ample space for passengers and gear while navigating varied terrains. Remember to respect local traffic laws and enjoy the blend of natural beauty and historic charm these scenic drives provide.
Luxury SUV rentals offer enhanced comfort and features when exploring Philadelphia's historic districts. These premium vehicles often provide superior suspension systems, ensuring a smoother ride on Philadelphia's cobblestone streets in areas like Old City. Advanced climate control keeps passengers comfortable while touring Independence Hall or the Liberty Bell. Luxury SUV rentals typically boast better sound insulation, allowing for quieter conversations about the city's rich history. However, standard SUV rental models are also capable of navigating Philadelphia's urban landscape effectively. They offer good visibility and maneuverability, which can be advantageous when navigating narrow streets in historic neighborhoods. Ultimately, both options provide ample space for family or friends, making either choice suitable for a Philadelphia adventure.
When navigating Philadelphia's urban streets and suburbs, several SUV rental features prove particularly beneficial. A rearview camera and parking sensors are invaluable for maneuvering in tight city spaces, especially in bustling areas like Center City. Adaptive cruise control helps manage stop-and-go traffic on busy routes like I-76. For exploring both city and suburbs, a navigation system with real-time traffic updates is crucial to avoid congestion. All-wheel drive can be advantageous during Pennsylvania's unpredictable weather, providing better traction on wet or snowy roads. Comfortable seating and ample cargo space are essential for longer drives to suburban attractions. Lastly, good fuel efficiency is important for extended city exploration and suburban commutes, making hybrid SUV rentals an attractive option for Philadelphia adventures.
Parking a large SUV rental in Philadelphia's bustling downtown can be challenging, but several strategies can help. First, consider using parking garages, which often have more spacious spots suitable for SUVs. When parallel parking, look for end spots or larger spaces between driveways. Utilize your SUV rental's parking assist features, such as cameras and sensors, to gauge distances accurately. Be mindful of Philadelphia's parking regulations, which can vary by neighborhood and time of day. If possible, park in less congested areas and use public transportation to reach your final destination. Remember that some areas in Center City have designated loading zones that can accommodate larger vehicles for short periods. Lastly, practice patience and take your time when maneuvering your SUV rental into tight spaces to avoid accidents or fines.
Different SUV rental models are well-equipped to handle Pennsylvania's diverse weather conditions. In summer, models with efficient air conditioning and tinted windows help combat Philadelphia's heat and humidity. For winter driving, SUV rentals with all-wheel or four-wheel drive provide better traction on snowy Pennsylvania roads. Models with higher ground clearance are advantageous for navigating through accumulated snow. Many modern SUV rentals come with advanced stability control systems, which are beneficial year-round but especially useful on icy winter roads. Heated seats and defrosting features enhance comfort during cold Philadelphia winters. Some SUV rentals offer selectable drive modes, allowing drivers to optimize performance based on current weather conditions. Regardless of the model, ensure your SUV rental is fitted with appropriate seasonal tires for optimal safety and performance in Pennsylvania's changing climate.
For families visiting Philadelphia's attractions and nearby theme parks, versatile SUV rental options are ideal. Mid-size or full-size SUV rentals offer ample space for both passengers and luggage, perfect for day trips to places like Sesame Place or Hersheypark. Look for models with comfortable seating and easy-to-clean interiors, which are practical for family outings. SUV rentals with entertainment systems can keep children engaged during drives to attractions like the Philadelphia Zoo or the Franklin Institute. Safety features such as multiple airbags and advanced driver assistance systems provide peace of mind when traveling with family. Consider SUV rentals with flexible seating configurations to accommodate varying group sizes when exploring Philadelphia's diverse attractions. Fuel-efficient options are beneficial for longer trips to theme parks outside the city, helping to manage travel costs effectively.
Adventure seekers exploring Pennsylvania's state parks and outdoor destinations should prioritize SUV rentals with robust capabilities. Look for models with high ground clearance and all-wheel drive for navigating varied terrains in places like Ricketts Glen State Park. Ample cargo space is essential for carrying outdoor gear, whether you're hiking in the Pocono Mountains or kayaking on the Delaware River. Consider SUV rentals with roof racks or trailer hitches for additional equipment storage. Fuel efficiency is important for long drives to remote areas, so hybrid SUV rentals might be a good choice. Comfort features like supportive seats and good suspension are beneficial for extended road trips to parks across Pennsylvania. Lastly, choose an SUV rental with reliable climate control to ensure comfort in Pennsylvania's diverse weather conditions, from summer heat to cooler mountain temperatures.
When selecting an SUV rental for a Philadelphia road trip, prioritize safety features that enhance protection and driving confidence. Look for models equipped with advanced driver assistance systems, including lane departure warnings and forward collision alerts, which are particularly useful on busy highways like I-95. Automatic emergency braking can provide an extra layer of safety in Philadelphia's unpredictable urban traffic. Blind-spot monitoring is valuable when changing lanes on multi-lane roads around the city. For family trips, ensure the SUV rental has a comprehensive airbag system and easily accessible child seat anchors. Adaptive headlights can improve visibility on darker suburban or rural Pennsylvania roads. Additionally, consider SUV rentals with stability control and anti-lock braking systems for better handling in various weather conditions, from Philadelphia's rainy springs to potentially snowy winters.
