Hands down Emil is the best host I've ever met when it comes to dealing with renting vehicles or Airbnb's. Unbeknownst to me, my vehicle broke down while on my way to work, and I was so blessed to have came acrossed Emil's listing on Turo Thursday night. Even better, he delivered his vehicle to the location I broke down at. He was a very friendly person who showed understanding and care, very professional as he got right to the point and explained what I needed to know regarding his vehicle. I put in my reservation at 5 pm and he was super fast and dropped his vehicle off to me within 30 minutes! Although, I felt terrible that he had to purchase a Lyft/Uber to get a ride back home after him driving and leaving his vehicle with me, but I did offer to take him back home if needed. As for the vehicle, it was beautiful! It drove so smoothly. I've never smelled a rental vehicle smell as good as Emil's. Super clean inside and out I was almost afraid to bring even a drink inside of it. Even my husband, who knows his vehicle's very well thought it was a nice car and he made sure to go the extra step to take it to the car wash and detail the vehicle inside and out, even making the rims shine. He said, "I sure hope he likes how the vehicle looked." He has never been so particular with how a vehicle looks upon return, it's typically me. He took pride in this one though! I apologize for the lengthy review, it just wouldn't do justice to simply write nice car, great host. I feel it needs to be known for the next renters as well as to let Emil know the fantastic upkeep on his vehicle does not go unnoticed. Thank you Emil for coming to my rescue when I broke down. I appreciate you very much!
This was a life-saver! I came into town for a conference and Uber-ing ended up not being an option. The car was clean and in wonderful condition. Check-in and check-out was simple and I was even able to extend an extra day.
