Convenient pick up and drop off location. Clean car. Good communication. Car had some slight issues but was overall not a big deal.

All in all, it served the purpose. It runs a bit rough and stalled on me a few times. One of the headlights appears to be burnt out. I was disappointed the car hadn’t been taken through a car wash before I picked it up. It was noticeably dirty on the outside and every other vehicle I’ve picked up from Turo has always been very clean, inside and out, and ran very smoothly. This time it was a bit disappointing.

Bruce there is no check engine light on and the car runs great. It’s a well known fact that bmw x1 on cold starts tend to act strange sometimes as we have 4 of them in the fleet. Also it rains every day so washing the outside of the car just so a rain storm can hit is pointless. The tpms sensor being out has no effect on your trip. Sorry you had a bad experience.
