This car is great and picking up at the airport was simple and convenient.

The car itself was fine, but communication and rental timing were inconvenient. There were changes and limitations around how long I could keep the car, which made things stressful. I wish expectations had been clearer from the start.
My time is very clear on the app 7Am/:pm however I gave you over my time frame so I’m so sorry if i don’t do 1 day booking and drop out to be picked up 11:30 pm didn’t help I must apologize for your inconvenience.
