She was so patient, had very clear and direct instructions. She was extremely flexible and this was so much value for the price. The car was so fun to drive, clean and extremely luxurious. It was the perfect solution for our week trip to OBX.

I’ve been on the fence for a few years to start my first Turo rental, but with the rental car companies starting to ditch Teslas, I thought this will be a perfect opportunity. Brandon was so accommodating and extremely helpful, answering all of the questions that I had. The Tesla was spotless and drove like a dream, but what really set this rental apart were the thoughtful customizations and personal touches that made it feel special. It truly gave “bestie in a Tessie” vibes. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host or vehicle. I recently rented Ethan’s Tesla Model Y for a family trip, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The car was fun to drive, incredibly nimble, and turned heads with its stunning custom blue color. It offered a smooth, quiet ride and gave us peace of mind with its top notch feature set. Most importantly, it kept me and my family safe and comfortable throughout our journey. The host was fantastic and super communicative, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend both the car and the host to anyone considering it.

I had an incredible experience renting Ray’s Model 3. From the moment I picked it up, I could tell this was a high-quality vehicle—it was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a smooth, luxurious drive throughout the entire trip. If you plan to take it out of town, just be sure to plan your route ahead of time by locating Tesla Superchargers along the way. It will let you know how much the car’s battery will be at each destination. The battery maxes out at 80% at a full charge so don’t let it fall under 20%. This is a great way to stay prepared and, honestly, a perfect excuse to take a relaxing break from the road while the car recharges. The Tesla’s operating system is intuitive and packed with features, so I recommend taking a few minutes to familiarize yourself with it before heading out. The highlight for me was experiencing the FSD (Full Self-Driving) feature—it made the drive feel futuristic and effortless, especially during long stretches on the freeway especially after running a half marathon. Ray was amazing—so kind, accommodating, and helpful from the very beginning. She walked me through the setup, made sure I was comfortable with the car’s features, and were quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, this was one of my best Turo experiences yet. Between the car’s quality, the thoughtful service, and the fun of driving a Tesla, I’d absolutely rent from this host again and recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and premium driving experience.

As a Tesla owner, it was nice to have a familiar car while visiting family. I had a few question and Ethan was very quick to respond, when I come back, he will be my go-to guy to rent again.

Car and host were both great. I would 100 percent rent this car again, made my trip less stressful and my wife's first visit to the mainland US that much more special.
