Easy communication. Fast responses. The host made it very easy for pick up and drop off by providing clear instructions and quick responses to messages. The car itself ran smoothly and has good brakes. It fits 7 people, but it will not fit 7 people and their luggages as the trunk space was super small when the back seats were upright. A sedan would have more trunk space when all 7 seats are in use. I should have researched the car model before booking, and I think for large parties a minivan would provide more space. Also, it had issues connecting to bluetooth. But for the price it was worth it.

I rented this van for a trip to outer banks and it was exactly what I was needing. It packed all our luggage and still had plenty of room for more people. The renters were very responsive and helpful with instructions. All in all a great car.
