The Tesla Model Y with FSD changed my life. I rented it so I can visit my father because he needed surgery for cancer and it was the most stress free driving trip I have ever had. The owner was awesome and very responsive and went out of his way to deliver the car to my address which was very convenient! The car was in perfect shape like new very clean. Thai was an excellent host throughout this experience. When the vehicle issue occurred, he was responsive, helpful, and genuinely tried to assist in resolving the situation. She treated the problem as if it were his own and made every effort to communicate with Tesla and Turo to help find a solution. Although the repair and reservation issues were beyond his control, she remained professional and willing to help throughout the process. I truly appreciate her patience, cooperation, and kindness.
