The car was in a convenient, easy-to-find location and was very clean. It drove great and had no issues at all. The host was friendly, easy to reach, and responded quickly. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely rent from this host again.

Car was in great shape and quality. My only negative was it would Be somewhat helpful to offer a new user of EV vehicles to have instructions or a link to watch a video to help operate the vehicle easier and things to look out for.
But that lands more on the customer.
