This was our first TURO rental and we had an outstanding experience! Noel is such a pleasure to work with and is such a great guy. Our Mercedes was immaculately clean and looked brand new. We loved the ride, so smooth and comes equipped with numerous upgrades. We were considering buying this same make and model car for ourselves because it looks so great but has one of the highest safety ratings. Noel was so cool and professional we would always rent one of his cars and now that we’ve tried TURO, I doubt we’ll ever use an any other service for any future car rentals.

Car quality was excellent and everything that was posted on the availability was true. The Mercedes-Benz at a reasonable price is something unheard of but with Alex it was awesome driving it around Southern California.
