Amazing experience with Universal Motors! From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy. The communication was excellent — they responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything.
They were also incredibly accommodating and allowed us to pick up the car at the location that worked best for us, which made everything so much easier. On top of that, they were generous enough to give us extra miles, which we really appreciated and made our trip even better.
The car was great, the service was even better, and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure their guests have a great experience. I would absolutely rent from Universal Motors again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free Turo experience.
