BMW rental in Newport Beach, CA

I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

The host was exceptional: friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire rental process seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing host really took care of me. I had to rent a car to attend my grandmothers funeral and they made sure I was well taken care of. The bmw 7 series was a dream to drive and was clean inside and out. I highly recommend renting from hyper exotics they will make sure you are taken care of. I’ll be renting from them again. BMW X5 was Great, inside and out. It was clean and the orange interior was appealing. X5 has all the amenities one needs for a roadtrip. Pick up and drop off was easy, because the host was very detailed and that was helpful. Harry is very friendly and very quick to reply to messages. I’d definitely rent from him again. The BMW was fun but had too Many buttons. Lol. Host was responsive and all went well. The entire experience being my first with this type service like TURO turned out positive for me.

Great rental overall! The BMW drove well, was clean inside, and pickup/return was easy. My only feedback is that the exterior has more cosmetic wear than the listing photos suggest, including a noticeable dent on the front passenger-side fender and some visible bodywork on the passenger side. It didn’t affect the drive at all, but I think additional photos in the listing would better set expectations. I’d still rent from this host again.
