Car quality was great! I felt like a ✨luxurious girly✨ making my way to Palm Springs for my performance lol. The only small hiccup was an issue with the front right tire pressure, but Alex was super responsive and ready to help as soon as I reached out. He even offered right away to check it out in person, which I really appreciated.
10/10 would recommend renting from Alex again! I’d happily rent the same BMW or try another car he has to offer. Great car, great communication, and an overall smooth experience!
