Jose was friendly, flexible, down to earth and very easy to communicate with, as well as very easily reached. I left my credit cards at home and was rejected by all the rental car agencies. I found Jose's car reasonably priced on Turo right before I was about to fly back home - no credit cards needed. I was able to book his car within 1 hr prior to pick up. I called him, as he instructed when it's under 3 hr notice and he answered immediately. It was an 11 min Uber drive to his location from McAllen airport. I returned the car one day early and he refunded the additional scheduled day without any questions. It was like borrowing a friend's car. If you need an economic affordable rental without hassle, this one is it. Happy renting.
