Car was great! I only ran into issues with the 2 front tires but everything got resolved quickly and Luis reimbursed me for getting them replaced myself and he was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the RGV area. Thanks again Luis

The car was great. There was an issue halfway through my trip - a tire was shredded due to low tread. I replaced the tires and Luis was great throughout that process by staying in contact. He worked with me and then reimbursed me for the cost of the tires, since they ended up replacing 2. That was the only issue I had - other than that the car experience and Luis were both amazing. I will be renting with him again.
