First time on TURO......excellent service, great vehicle, amazing hosts. So easy to use and to find any car of your choice. Much better than the rental companies.

This far exceeded my expectations. Obianuju is an absolute jewel. She clearly is a very fastidious person. The vehicle was in perfect condition and she had prepared it down to the last detail. She was welcoming and gracious and patiently answered all my questions. The vehicle was a joy to drive and I felt confident at all times. She did all sorts of extras to make the exchange seamless and comfortable, and she was accessible at all times in case I needed any further information. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience, and I cannot praise Obianuju enough. I certainly recommend her (and this vehicle) to you enthusiastically and without reservation.

Definitely a great rental experience. The car was as described except for the Crack in the windshield. Javier was great. He responded quickly and pickup and drop off were simply and went seamless.

As a first timer, this was by far a great booking. I was nervous as I booked out of state, and had never used this before. But overall, was such an easy and pleasant rental. For the vehicle, it is very nice, fancy, spacious, and clean. This was exactly what I was looking for! Ricky answered all my questions in a timely manner and was accommodating if needed to be. Vehicle was a complete joy to ride. Instructions for pick up and drop off were clearly written. Host was very accommodating when it came to adjusting trip and adding days in the middle of trip. Host was very quick to respond. My family of 4 plus 2 in-laws fit very comfortably in the car. Pictures don't do it justice, once you see the car in person, you see how sleek it is. Great value, and would definitely rent from him again.

Had an amazing experience with Shaun and Tony, very friendly, kind and punctual. I had some concerns regarding a delayed flight, Shaun was very helpful, communicative and supportive luckily it worked out as originally planned. All in all great Hosts, highly recommend.
