I had a great experience renting from William. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and rode very smoothly. The only minor issue I experienced was with the radio—Bluetooth didn’t work, and when plugging into the outlet there was some static—but that was my only letdown during the trip. Overall, it’s a nice vehicle and did exactly what I needed. William was very professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from him again in the future if I’m visiting Minneapolis and need a car for the weekend.
Excellent car, it was a dream to drive and the adjustable lumbar support with the heated seats is something I never knew I needed until now! Host was super easy to communicate with, pickup and dropoff location was incredibly convenient and actually in the city and not way out in the suburbs unlike a lot of rental options I’ve seen. Great experience overall, will absolutely book again!
