The car was nice and the host was very easy to communicate with as far as the pick up. Seemed like a pretty nice stand up guy but be careful of the photos shown because they are not the actual way the car looks I believe they were photo shopped and enhanced to make the car seem as if the are no flaws. I received the car and there was a small scratch on the door that the host reported as damaged and tried to blame on me and say I painted over it a different shade of paint. When I received the car and took my photos the mark was there. I am a full time mom currently pregnant and caring for my 10 month old and 4 year. I don’t have time to go out my way to cover up anything if I was the responsible party I would have reported it myself. Nor do I have the funds to be scam by host who can’t fix their own problems on the cars that they are renting out. So they edit there photos to make them look perfect then prey on those who the feel they can get over on. I believe that is very unprofessional and it’s a shame how some people will do anything to get extra money out of people. I wouldn’t recommend renting with this company unless you make sure you have clear pictures before the host pulls away or he will scam you out your hard earned money.
Hands down the worst guests that I ever encounteerd in my life, this guess damage my vehicle tried to cover up lied let other people drive my vehicle that was not confirmed to be a driver on Turo. The guest picked both locations which I I never even charged a delivery fee for.
Also, there were underage drivers which stole my vehicle car chargers that was worth over $50, and then reduced inspect the vehicle with me and left before the vehicle inspection was done. -5 star guest. Do not rent!
