It was my first time using Turo, my experience was top, there was a huge even in Minnesota and most car rental places for sold out, it was so hard to find last minute deals. I was skeptical at first to use Turo, but then I found Rent Go LLc and read some great reviews so I took a chance, I’m really happy I did because things went very smooth. Everything from pickup, communication and returning was excellent. Totally recommend
Communication was great and the car got me where I needed to go with no problems it was clean the AC was working just fine and the host was nice I will definitely rent again and recommend

The vehicle itself was incredibly comfortable, smooth, and genuinely fun to drive—a great experience from start to finish. Teresa was also very communicative and easy to work with, which made the whole rental process seamless. The Turo ap is harder to use now then it wasn’t the past. I gave the host 5 stars. I’ve been using Turo since its inception and I can honestly say it has become more convoluted, and harder to navigate. This is especially due at checkout, especially if return the car early by more than three hours. For instance, this drop off requires a change to the entire reservation; which requires too much extra time and inconvenience. I would give the Toro app a three star rating now, before I would give it a full five stars. Hopefully they will improve the ease of navigation, etc., on the app.
