The Turo ap is harder to use now then it wasn’t the past. I gave the host 5 stars. I’ve been using Turo since its inception and I can honestly say it has become more convoluted, and harder to navigate. This is especially due at checkout, especially if return the car early by more than three hours. For instance, this drop off requires a change to the entire reservation; which requires too much extra time and inconvenience. I would give the Toro app a three star rating now, before I would give it a full five stars. Hopefully they will improve the ease of navigation, etc., on the app.

Teresa was a fantastic host. The EV9 was immaculately clean, beautiful, and clearly very well cared for. The vehicle itself was incredibly comfortable, smooth, and genuinely fun to drive—a great experience from start to finish. Teresa was also very communicative and easy to work with, which made the whole rental process seamless. First electoral vehicle experience. Wouldn’t recommend going across states with long distance traveling, but great vehicle all the way around. Would def rent again for closer travels
